Fragrant Layers
This year we are focusing on “Stamping our Stash”, or using the supplies we already own. I’ve been shocked (and a little embarrassed) at how many of my old stamp sets I have never used!
I bought them because I liked them, but then for whatever reason - lack of time, lack of ideas, etc. I didn’t make anything with them.
I’m glad to say that the last month has been really fun and rewarding to see new projects come to life with older “retired” stamp sets!
All that to say, Fragrant Layers is a current stamp set from Stampin’ Up! that won’t be collecting dust at my house any time soon. It has been getting a workout! I started using it right away when I got it a couple weeks ago and can’t put it down.
It’s been easy to just keep creating with the stamp set, dies and various color combinations!
I love the fact that it is a two-step stamp, meaning there is a stamp for the outline of the main image, and stamps to fill in the colors of the flowers and leaves. No coloring required, unless you want to!
On my YouTube channel, I have two card tutorials as well as four Shorts/Reels using Fragrant Layers in a variety of colors and complexities.
I hope you check those out for more project details and consider adding this bundle to your stash.
For those of you on my email list, do you recognize the layout of the purple (Fresh Freesia) card? I used one of my go-to templates and made a slight modification for this card. It came together quickly with a tried-and-true layout, a minimal (and favorite) color palette, and this lovely stamp bundle.
Here are the two videos from my YouTube channel, in case you want to check them out. Make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss the next time I upload.
Thanks for being here and have a great rest of your day!
